【HDMI ARC function】 (The TV must have an ARC port, otherwise it cannot be used). Extract audio from your TV to Soundbar or Amplifier via the TV's ARC port. Use HDMI cable or Micro cable to connect one end to TV ARC port, one end to HDMI ARC Converter, then connect L/R or 3.5mm to sound bar, speaker, home theater, A/V receiver, etc.

If you want to use your TV remote to control the volume then what you want is something like a HDMI ARC Audio Extractor that have ARC Function. You plug this into your Sony A80K HDMI port 3 which is the ARC/EARC port. So that the Tv will treat this little box as a small receiver and you just plug your headphone or rca speakers to it.

something like this

Unfortunately most modern TVs don't have a 3.5mm jack for headphones anymore.

You can connect bluetooth headphones directly to the TV.

If you want to go wired you will need an audio adapter / audio extractor / converter / DAC (these things go by many names).

There are different models.

There are models that receive audio via optical (Toslink).Ideally you connect it to the optical out of your TV to have sound for all sources (make sure to set audio output to PCM!)

Here's an example:

NOTE: the examples I found by doing a very quick search on amazonThere are a lot of different models with different build quailty and mayber other features. So check for yourself!

And there ones that can get the audio via the HDMI eARC port, like a soundbar does. These are usually more expensive.
