So I recently ordered an IPS display. The pics showed the Innolux N116BCA-EA1 which is a 4th choice for an IPS display.

I was instead sent an LG Philips LP116WH7-SPB3.

I received my display from VIVO. They have both Amazon and eBay stores.

While their supply might change in the future, this is at least one seller that can be verified as selling real IPS displays. And in their defense, the amazon listing is listed as C720 IPS display, it was not specified if I would get the LG Philips, or the Innolux.
