For my Ayaneo, I generally only play games using battery power. I then charge it using the original charger on the official dock. I never notice my charger getting hot. For on the go use we bough an Anker 100W charger + a 100W Anker cable like the one you have.

And we also have a 100W charging capable battery pack from Anker for when it's needed away from AC power.

About the temperature you are noticing. If you can still touch the brick, there is nothing to worry about. Another thing to keep in mind is that however hot it's getting is probably nothing compared to how hot some "thin and light" gaming laptops get.... We returned a Dell G15 because the surface temperature at the top of the keyboard (Surface not internal) was sitting at above 160* F while gaming and I was worried that one of my kids would get burned touching it.
