I use the exact night brace you linked, and have been using a brace when I sleep for about 4 years now - kind of nice to see I’m not the only one. As for wrist braces, I don’t wear them all the time, but my “flare” braces are similar to yours. I have a shorter pair that I keep in my bag for sudden pains which are less restrictive and a bit more comfortable for doing things (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003BEECT2/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_i_NLxtEbGRPD5WN). Also, if you have carpal tunnel like issues and also type a lot - I swear by ergonomic keyboards. It makes a world of a difference.
