💎 DURABLE STRUCTURE: Reusable Whole House Spin Down Sediment Water Filter is proper for heavy sediment applications. The housing body is made of reinforced polypropylene for strength and resistance to chemicals, and the cap is made of brass for toughness. The cap has 3/4" or 1” inlet / outlet ports which allowed better sealed connections to the corresponding pipes. 40 Micron Stainless Steel Mash Used for effectively removing most sediments from water

You're going to want a pre-filter similar to this one. These are designed to be inserted in-line before your filters and they will capture the larger particles first before they get into your whole house paper filters. Every so often you put a bucket or cup under that pre-filter, open the valve on the bottom, and the caught sediment comes out of the bottom and into your bucket. Then you just close the valve afterwards and go about your day.
I'm not aware of any whole house filters which include a spin-down filter built into them.
