This one clips around the neck and shoulders so you don't really have to pull it over.

I don't think I've tried Freedom or Walks Your Dog With Love harnesses, but looking at them I would think that the WYDWL would give you the same problems with a low front hook and the Freedom wouldn't.

I'd really want to try these out before I could say for sure, but judging just by my guess based on looking at the designs I prefer the 3in1 to these. I do like that the Freedom has a smaller neck opening which will probably keep it out of the way of a dog's legs in front, but it still looks like it would be likely to rub the armpits (for lack of a better word) on some dogs.

Another harness that I like the design of is the Ruffwear Front Range. It's secure and comfortable for most dogs. It does have the downside that it seems like a lot of extra insulation to put on a dog on a hot day, especially for smaller dogs.

/u/dinos4got2balive mentioned the Blue9 harness and that looks like another good design worth considering.

All that said, I do think that all harnesses will affect gait to some degree and I prefer to limit dogs to wearing them only when on leash or in the car on the way to a walk.

Edit: Added (non-affiliate) links to recommended harnesses for convenience.

Dog walker here. Pet safe has a new design that I like better than the Easy Walk, the 3in1. It eliminates the problems I found in the Easy walk and most other front hook harnesses: riding down in the front and irritating some dogs behind their front legs.
