If you check out the pics you can see that the plastic boxes are pretty snug inside the compartments I made with the Velcro dividers. I also place the plastic boxes on their sides so that there is no room for the top to separate from the bottom half. (This makes them easier to grab too.) This particular bag has a flap that goes over the top of the compartments so nothing can move when I seal it up.
Here's a link to the bag if you want to check out some better pictures. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HCSHHQR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
don't get the DJI bag, it's overpriced. Here are the bags I have and have tried. Took me a while to find the right bag. My criteria is that it should carry 5 batteries and has enough protection for everything. these are the 2 bags I have for different usage scenarios. If you are interested, I can PM you shots of my load out with each backpack.
ESDDI Camera Backpack Bag - $55 - was on amazon, not anymore.
https://www.saltinqk.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=347074
pros: lightweight, compact, no wasted space inside, everything fits perfectly and not too snug. not expensive
cons: soft exterior, not a hard case or even the semi rigid rubberized shell.
usage: for places that require hiking to get to, hence lightweight is top of mind. I flown with the bag, of course it was a carry-on and not checked luggage so soft exterior wasn't a big deal.
capacity: drone, goggle, RC, 5 batt, 3 sets of prop with some space for smaller items like ND filters and etc. no room for the charging brick though.
Endurax Extra Large Camera Backpack $110
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HCSHHQR/
price point is about the same as DJI fly more bag, slightly cheaper by $10. You will definitely get more bang for your buck with the Endurax in term of function and capacity.
pros: functional with some nice features, spacious, good protection all around, has a tough rubberized shell/top and water coverall. even has a water cover flap too. should check it out the amazon link and be amaze with all the clever features.
cons: bulky, heavy and pricier
usage: good for location that you can drive to or don't require a lot of hiking to get to.
capacity: it can hold A LOT, everything I mentioned above with the charging brick AND even a mini 2 + the RC with batteries OR a regular size DSLR
I would steer clear of the pelican style carrying cases. Unless you are going to a war zone or works for BBC documentary crew, or just want to "look" like a pro, those cases are overkill. Also you'll look more conspicuous carrying around those case, either you have really expensive stuff inside or mistaken for a gun case.

This is the one I use. A little pricey ($100) but it holds all my batteries, gear, drone, and my GoPro with its accessories. I trust it completely. It’s not waterproof but I got a $10 rain cover for it!
Actually thinking about it, it holds and secured the drone perfectly, as far as moving around inside.
