They go around the neck and are very comfortable, a lot of times I forget they are there unless I am looking down and can see them a bit out of the corner of my eye.
Each of the two flashlights can be turned on separately and they have three light settings for brightness. The two flashlights can be set independently so for instance you can have one on and one off or one shining very brightly and one having a softer light.
They also have three different colors of light - blue, yellow and white. Now the color of light will reflect on both of the flashlights and cannot be done independently.
The arms that come around the sides of your neck are very flexible and you can point them anywhere at all you want.
I have found these to be extremely useful for my handicrafts because frankly a headlamp is not as close to the work also I think that if I wore a headlamp for several hours it would give me a headache.
Now I can watch TV or even put on a movie where I turn off all the lights in the room and can use this if I still want to craft at the same time. It keeps me from bugging my partner and it keeps me from having to watch TV with all of the lamps on at eye bleeding levels. 😆
I hope that helps give you an idea for a different solution but one that may very well work out better in the end. It also has zero to do with your head size and that was why I thought of them. My partner has a very large head and large neck actually and he ended up getting some of these for work because they are so adjustable for him.

I bought one of these on Amazon for when I’m knitting - particularly with darker colored yarns. It’s nicely made, and can be charged via USB - so no need for batteries. Three levels of brightness and you can change the lighting from warm to cool.

I totally understand why you don’t clip anything on your Supernote device. I just got my A5X and the quality is amazing. It feels like luxury. I’m afraid to even set it down on the desk lol but I will relax more about it as time goes on. I’m just shocked at the superb build quality. I actually ended up returning the book light and buying one that sits around my neck. It has a usb c port for charging though the product is a bit big.
