Cool, in conduit you can do whatever.

Basically, things pull easier with some lube.

Just thinking through future setups:

In the future you might want 10g network. In that case, you just need switches and optics that support it. No problem, your single mode cable is fine.
Eventually you might want a fiber connection to your other buildings. That is fine, you get a switch with SFP ports at your router end, and run new fibers to other buildings.

The fiber is pretty tough. You just don't want to break the connectors or coil it too tight on anything.

You'll want leave a string in the conduit for doing other pulls. Basically rule is it is impossible to push fiber, but you can pull the hell out of it, it has pretty great tensile strength.
