The odd connectors are called JST connectors. Phanteks uses them also, and a couple other brands. Deepcool used to include a 5 port JST splitter hub with the 3 and 5 fan packs, not sure if they still do.
A few options for you: Cheapest, does 3 way split: https://www.amazon.com/Splitter-Addressable-Connector-Computer-Chassis/dp/B0B5X6SJS4
A bit more, use these if you're wanting to run individual fans to a controller like a Razer Chroma Hub: https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Gigabyte-Connector-Lightings-Compatible/dp/B08KL7LS8K
You would use the cables above to connect the fan LED cables to the SC700, which would then be connected to your ARGB header. If you're wanting to control devices independent of each other, that's where a controller like the Razer Chroma hub or other similar USB connected hubs comes in, and you would need a cable per fan for the hub to see the fans separately.
