It has the backup camera and the lane assist, crash alert, and whatnot. I bought it at ~98-lifetime mpg and I have raised it to ~110. The original window sticker shows the first owner paid almost $45,000 and it has every option possible. I paid 17% of what the first person paid for it... Yikers.
I bought it through a private party and it has an accident on record (I have a carfax and everything else is in good shape and it is, of course, a clean title), but that was back in 2014 and it was certainly repaired correctly. The only other thing I can think that would lower the value is that it has had 4 owners now (including me). The car went from MN -> WI -> MN -> MN (me) so living in these salty states I was expecting rust but to my surprise, there isn't much. To be clear, it isn't rust-free, the previous owner had a rear brake job done because they rusted up, but under the car is rust free and it has brand new brake rotors and whatnot so nothing out of the usual here in MN. The previous owner also got brand new tires on it and paid for registration just months before I got the car. The dealer said nothing is wrong with it so I'm damn happy... Also, this is my first car and the insurance payment is lower than any other car I looked at and the savings are insane and I didn't even need a loan to purchase it. I'm very pleased with it.
(except for the charge door that decided to start sticking a few days ago but that's being fixed on Tuesday for free)
I got a really good deal on mine as well and I'm just glad it happened right at the perfect time. It was a pretty clear sign when I saw it as I had been looking for one for months and I noticed it the day it was posted.
I'm not exactly getting much electric range in the freezing cold at the moment but it will go up lol. I'm still running 10+kwh on my battery :)
As for mods, I haven't done the DRL hack but I installed LED headlights, LED switchback turn signals (plug & play ones), and I replaced the interior lights with LED's (trunk, rear dome light, front dome light, and plate lights) and I have a used Level 1&2 EVSE on its way and I installed a 240v outlet in the garage. I don't drive in sport mode because it's too much of a hassle and if I just put my accelerator down a little more I get to the same speed and I'm not racing anyone.
