I haven't used either, but the Summit one is just a private label cooler that anyone can buy in bulk with their name on them. It's available all over Amazon under different names / sizes:

You could use reviews on those to determine how comfortable you are with the brand, and then buy the least expensive one if you want it.
Most of the 12v Fridges are rebranded Alpicools. My friends and I use varying brands/sizes between all of us for camping, hunting, beach, desert trip and none have failed in the years we've been using them whether for regular use or for just weekend getaways. My CF20 ran for 1.5 years straight(car/office/home) without skipping a beat to keep my medication in. I'd just switch between the 12v in the car and use the included adapter to plug it into the wall outlet at home and in my office. Many of them are "smart" now and can be connected to your phone or whatever via bt and their apps.
A 48qt Alpicool CF45 is only $300.
