psu :
those chug120W / 5 amps of current so 24v/5amps like this should do the trick
unless you need the full 16ft in a single installation I wouldn't worry too much about the psu.
you could probably get away with 24v/4 amps since you probably won't be using all 5 lines at full power.
you _might_ get some coil whine because of harmonic resonance or something caused by the pwm signal altering the power consumption several thousand times per second. but if it's not going to be 2 ft away from you, meh.
controller:
the quinled-An-penta sounds awesome if you can find it. they pack a lot of current capability. they also have pretty smooth camera-worthy pwm.
I haven't used the btf controllersbut I can't imagine they're bad.
