I use the a 100w small heater with built in fan, and a thermostat with an old pc power supply.

Maintains temperature very well, I've done a few 10+hr print and just finished a 33.5hr print (Full Mono x height)I put the heater on the side without the antenna, and put the temp probe taped to my resin vat near the screw on the far side. Maintains a constant 30c for Siraya Tech Blu printing.
