Yes bu you may want a different version. I wanted flat cables because there's not much clearance between the bottom of my motherboard and the case floor, but the female ports are not covered with plastic insulation. I got this one:

The female USB ends are type A. I couldn't find one with a micro USB male end, so an additional mini USB to USB A phone charge cable will be needed to make the connection. The versions with rounded cables have insulated female USB ports (the flat cable version is intended for mounting the USB ports to an internal case wall but will work fine for this use.)
