I think the closest you'll get is one of these

I'm not sure it'll be very accurate if you're moving around much- most of these types want you to be fairly still when it is measuring. And I'm not sure you'll be able to find one without the BP and O2 measurement function, but it is at least a wrist HR monitor. At least it might give you a starting point for your search.
