I'd also been using Mack's earplugs for a few years, but they would often fall out or cause pain due to the suction they create. It took me a few days to adjust to the earmuffs, but now I don't think I could sleep without them!

u/sindagh, which model ear muffs do you have that covers behind the ear? Are the ear muffs comfortable to wear?

I have purchased five ear muffs. Three in the past month. None of the five ear muffs I purchased cover the area behind the ear. You are right they do not mitigate the hum. Ear muffs do mitigate remote neural monitoring.
