If you like the tabs on the Hello disc, but want a smaller size, I use Pop Disc. This one also has tabs, but comes in 2 sizes to try (I use the small). I got mine here.

I really like my Pop Disc. It has loops for easy removal and comes in multiple sizes. It's on the softer side which is more comfortable, but a little more effort required to push it in. Worth it though! I got mine here.
