I can vouch for the Spigen, my phone flew out of my hoodie when I was dancing in the middle of the road, and hit the ground 5 ft away, barely any indication that the case was impacted as it bounced on the asphalt. Thats a good case. No cellphone damage whatsoever and you cant tell the case was dropped.

For Charger - I got this to compliment the one that comes from ZTE : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BBZJ31Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 * works like a champ, quality

Car Charger - This works great for me, though I did see a black one that was pretty sexy when I was on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01G2O4M74/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

and additional cables, anker is great 2. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0119EIHTG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So companies I trust at this point.

Aukey Anker iXCC Spigen - whom coincidentally are located near my work.

for anything related to charging, its important to make sure the cable or charger can handle the USB-C or else you won't benefit from the super-fast charging. Quick Charge feature.

I just look for qualcomm certified usb-c or whether the usb-c listed products are current gen usb-c mobile devices and the reviews from those owners.

share any other products that you found to work excellent with your axon 7!

I will live and die by my Anker power bank (the 10000 mAh one is perfect balance of size and capacity), but I do have some other Aukey products and they are all amazing.

I've got three of these, one that lives at home, one that lives at my desk, and one that lives in my bag for those times that I'm sitting somewhere with friends trading, and someone forgot to charge their power bank.

I have a feeling if I got an Aukey power bank before my Anker one, I would feel no need to switch.

Has been rock solid for me. They also sell a single port one if that's all you need, but having the second one is great if someone else needs a quick charge or I also need to charge my Skullcandies or my tablet at the same time.

I'm in love with Baseus braided cables, but I'm not sure if they go that long. I think mine are 5 footers but they have been bulletproof and always quickcharge. Other cables I tried have been hit or miss.

A good chance? Dude I bought my tablet from a very know hardware tech big commercial, and later on my S5 from a speciality hardware shop. Both packages were nicely sealed with Samsung logo, everything screamed HIGH QUALITY.

They wouldnt make a mistake like that.

About your suggestion, https://www.amazon.com/AUKEY-Charger-Quick-Charge-Smartphones/dp/B01BBZJ31Y Seems worth to check more into, they dont sell the 3.0 USB cables but I can get that too.

This will be a bit of a stupid question but I still want to ask just to get ride of it completly. If I use a plog adaptor (since we use europlug and not the UK electrical plog) to charge my phone with the item above, wont it charge less efficiently, I mean will the current passing throught be less "intensive" due to using the adaptor socket plug?

I used my phone for Guthook/camera (and podcasts) so it was pretty much a necessity to be charged before I could leave town... so I made sure my wall-charger, powerbank, and phone were all quick-charge and it made a massive difference for me: I would hit town and put phone/powerbank on charge first thing, do my re-ration etc, then be able to hit the trail again within a few hours with full charge ... whereas I knew other folk who had to stay overnight when they didn't want to.

I got:

  • AUKEY USB Wall Charger with Quick Charge 3.0 & Dual Ports (surprisingly large, but worked great.)
  • Anker PowerCore II 10000 (great, quick charge both in and out. Only 1 port, but I 95% of the time just charged the phone.)
  • Nitecore NU25 (awesome torch. not quickcharge, but never really needed it)
  • 2 USB cables (came with the above stuff, I switched one out for a shorter one eventually)
  • Motorola G4+ (good for Guthook, meh camera but did the job well enough and it was kinda disposable as it only cost $100 unlocked)
  • iPod nano (I just like music so much while I walk I wanted a backup in case phone started getting low, and this thing is tiny. I actually used it a ton!)

I think 2 ports is enough really, I would just charge the headtorch/ipod when I got the chance or a longer town stay. Ontrail I would kinda start running low if I used the phone a lot for 4 days, and have to be a bit conservy... there's likely better stuff now, but just fyi!
