Happy to do so! These are not affiliate links, I have no interest other than sharing the products that I use. Most links are Amazon for convenience, but always shop around for the best deal.

Locks: eRentalLock.com

Smart Thermostat: https://www.amazon.com/Emerson-Thermostat-Touchscreen-Display-Certified/dp/B07CKJQYDW/ref=sr_1_1_sspa (Shop around, I generally pay under $90)

Leak Detectors: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07J9HZ5VN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Leak Detector Expansion Pack: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QSFRSJX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Water valve closer: https://www.amazon.com/Motorized-Watering-Electric-Controller-Automatically/dp/B0851DYWBH

Humidity Detectors: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0834SNGQW/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_8?smid=A2KZ7X05DCDJDL&psc=1

Water Heater Control: (Use an electrician!) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08PYWLBXM/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=A33V0LA7KRMN9P&psc=1

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F5SSHPD/ref=ox_sc_saved_image_8?smid=A2F2RZPY9YI5ZI&th=1

On-Demand Water Heater: Too many brands and options to list, talk to your local contractor for advice and costs.

Security System: Avoid ADT or Brinks, their systems are "free", but their fees will run you into the poorhouse. Check out Wyze.com or SimpliSafe.com where you need to pay for the equipment, but the less expensive service will make up for it.

Flashlights: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08WCHXYLP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Label Maker: I like the Brother P-Touch series, just make sure you get one that plugs in as they eat batteries. There are many aftermarket manufacturers of the label stock that is at a fraction of the cost of the Brother brand and work just as well. The maker is cheap, the spools of stock is where the spend is just like an inkjet printer. This is the one I bought and it comes with the power adapter and even hooks up to your computer via USB for big jobs: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1LB2SDL?ref=emc_p_m_5_i&th=1

Usually those go on sale periodically to be less than $8-$9 each.
