Either of these controllers will work with your 3 panel setup at peak output in series. The Victron is a nicer higher end product, but the renogy unit will even handle a fourth panel at max output, though you'll have to go to a series/parallel mix on your panels to get it to just over 50v peak. The Victron would be sufficient for four panels as well but anything over about 360 watts won't go to your batteries, just something to keep in mind. If you get a fourth panel you'll have to do the same series and parallel mix on the panels for the Victron as well so you don't exceed 100v. If you ever swap to a 24v system in the future that will allow you to double up on your panels and double the wattage capability of your charger with both of these.
