I guess so, you might want something like this https://www.amazon.com/Mayflash-Wii-Classic-Controller-Adapter/dp/B0089O4EB0
Including a usb hub like this https://www.amazon.com/ANDTOBO-Micro-Adapter-Power-Devices/dp/B083M1S6QT
— !! First make sure the emulator you are using supports 4players! :o !!
But yes, it is possible https://www.reddit.com/r/miniSNESmods/comments/102ucmk/4_player_snes_games/
Which system do you play on? I play on PC, so initially I picked up a Wii Classic Controller Pro and a mayflash adapter for emulation (needed a Nintendo d-pad) and it's been working out ok so far. It could be just me, but I think the adapter drops inputs on occasion. It's not enough of an occurrence to be an issue, but still. I've also seen posts on SRK about input delays (1-3 frames) while using similar adapters, but I haven't noticed anything like that (could be due to my low skill level). Here is the link for the adapter, it also works on PS3. Total cost comes out to be ~$30, which seems pretty reasonable.
I still want a TE stick though, looking forward to next weekend for some TFC stream promos.
This is my favorite adapter. It skips all the fussing with Bluetooth and gives you a solid wired connection for the classic controllers: http://www.amazon.com/Wii-Classic-Controller-Adapter-PC/dp/B0089O4EB0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1407765818&sr=8-1&keywords=Wii+Classic+USB
Edit: not sure why I was down voted. Everyone that I've recommended buy this thing loves it. It's not like I'm paid to sell these, it just worked well for me.
You wanna get one of one of these and one of these.
It may be 20 bucks for the 2 instead of 15, but if you wanna use it for Nintendo console emulation, the Wii Classic Controller Pro can't be beat.
Here ya go. o3o
Just be warned that mine tends to randomly do this:

From time to time. I'm not entirely sure if it's the controller or the adapter. Either way, good luck with yours. ^^
