I have gotten a flat peace of wood from work and had them cut it to size. Then drilled 3 1/2in holes about 20 or so that to keep the cups from falling when I'm in there messing with them lol.

As the foil that is reflecting sheets I think it is a fire blanket or something like that. I have gotten it from Batman/Make_1t_Wayne. I have no heater but have two fans.
