I just returned the k49 I ordered from Amazon for one of the s300s for around the same reason. The cooler clearance is the same, you get case fan support, and a .5 thicker gpu for about 1 liter and $20. its also lighter but not sure if that's a concern

There's some posts of the one you can get from Amazon like this. It looks like a nearly direct clone (front panel I/O is slightly different).
