This is what bothers me, I've read around and this is supposed to be the most compatible 16gb kit around (CT2K102464BF186D) and yet I only get a blinking lan light.
Wish I knew what about certain ram sticks make them compatible.
Just ordered these as they were cheap and generic https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07L8C37DH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_-ZecGbT8X64VB
I'll update if they work. One thing to note is that these are 1600mhz ram and the 2gb ADATA stick that my NAS originally came with is 1866.

Great price for older ThinkPads: Core i era 2nd gen Sandy Bridge to about 5/6th gen Broadwell/Skylake. From X220 / T420 to X250 / T460. X260 and T460s uses DDR4. First gen Core i needs low density DDR3/4GB max per stick.
Says Apple, but should be PC compatible. Got some for my ThinkPad X230 and T430.
Silicon Power seems to have horrible customer service though, but at this price, might be disposable.
