You Deserve a Drink, Mamrie Hart. Of "My Drunk Kitchen," the greatest cooking show on earth. I was confused. The show is of the same title, though I'd say the genre is similar.
I picked it out from amazon's kindle bestsellers in comedy, because this vacation was starting to become a drag and I needed something to take my mind off of it. I normally don't do memoirs, or really anything out of my comfort zone, and this was worth it.
It's totally a chick book, but it's fucking funny. And appropriate for this crowd, since it has cocktail recipes at the beginning of every chapter, a built-in drinking game, and stories of a chick who can drink more on a weeknight than I have in my whole life.
It also makes me wish I went to one of these colleges where there are lots of attractive people and parties. Getting the missing-out-cum-nostalgia feeling pretty hard these days.
