Stop lying with your 67.5 MH/S and 117w at the wall. I own 12 brand new 2021 3070 laptops and most modern very efficient gaming laptop consumes around 35 watts for motherboard/screen/SSD/CPU-on-lowest-power/other bus components before consuming the GPU at the Nvidia Controller & Framework turn-off to achieve the high-performance high-efficiency low baseline wattage of 115-125w, depending on your brand/model 3070 wattage.

So you're saying you used kill-a-watt at the wall consuming only 117w THAT'S TOTAL B.S., you're straight out lying since that would mean your GPU is only rated at 90watts. A 90 watt GPU cannot hit +1750-1850 oc on the VRAM, Samsung or not on a laptop 3070.

If you did not mean to lie, you can be forgiven. Maybe you mispoke and mean 117w at the reported GPU usage wattage, either at the sensor tab of the GPU-Z "GPU board draw power" or at the miner software reported GPU usage.

Also laptop mining has to deal with heat, a cooler uses around 5 watts https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09B7CWT63/ I know this because when you scale 10, 20 or even 30 laptops https://www.reddit.com/r/laptopmining/comments/r8uih6/30x_alienware_3070_farm/ every watt counts! That guy uses AC only (less efficient). My method is invest in a cooler(s) and use AC as a booster only when I need to.
