Jesus, you really went all out on describing your range kit. I didn't even think about range bags, etc as IDPA gear.
I've started shooting CDP since I got my 1911. Here's my loadout:
Looper Law Enforcement Signal 13 holster - http://www.looperlawenforcement.com/signal-13.html I got this holster for free otherwise I would have gotten something else. It's not terrible but I don't like paddle holsters and I don't like the feel of drawing from leather. However the leather lining protects the finish on my pretty princess 1911 from getting messed up by Kydex, so it's a wash.
Looper holster belt - http://www.looperlawenforcement.com/looper-reinforced-holster-belt.html I got a couple of these when I first started carrying, but I don't wear the black one anymore because the finish started to wear and it looks sloppy. Now I use it for competitions because I don't care if it gets banged up anymore and it's still plenty functional as a gunbelt.
BlackHawk! single stack mag cases - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002E6V0UW/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details IronChin let me borrow one of these and I found out that they're $15 and are Amazon Prime eligible so I got 2 more. For $15 they're a good deal. I got a couple Comp-Tacs for Christmas that I like a lot more so the BlackHawks are probably going to be relegated to holding my Barney mag and starter mag.
Magazines - 3 Checkmate 8-round hybrids with basepads and one Chip McCormick Shooting Star with a basepad. 2 reloads, one Barney mag, one starting in the gun
Concealment garment - I used to just use a t-shirt because I was shooting my M&P9c in an IWB holster. I got the 1911 in November so I've been using a standard fleece jacket (from Cabela's I think?). When the weather warms back up I'm thinking I'll go to using a button-up shirt; there's no way I'm buying one of those horrible vests.
Eyes - some Randolph Rangers dad gave me for clay shooting when I was 13 or so I think.
Ears - just foamies when I'm not shooting, Howard Leight earmuffs over foamies when I'm shooting. Electronic earpro drives me nuts so I don't want to shell out for it.
Otherwise I just wear whatever. I learned not to wear Chucks at matches in the winter at the December match because I froze my goddamn feet off while I was helping set up.
