They're both junk IMO.
The black ones are inferior because they attach by tying onto the rings and you have to remove them to replace the batteries, The ropey feeling of the hand straps also is not that comfortable, especially if you have larger hands because it rubs hard on the sides of your hands over time.
The white ones also suck because even though the design has been improved ( snaps on as a replacement battery cover instead of having to tie to the tracking ring) and there is now a battery cover to make life easier, the build quality is horrible IME. My handstraps came apart because they used adhesive-backed hook and loop things on them, and they come apart at the adhesive instead of the hooks and loops.
End answer: get the Kiwi ones. I've tried AMVRs, Mamut, Protube and a other companies versions, and this is by far the best design IMO (esp if you have anywhere between average to large adult male hands).
