The exterior of the spacesuit resembles that of the Nifeliz/Qizhile "Exploring Space Astronaut", though they dispensed with the MMU (rocket backpack), and of course that version didn't have the cutaway half.

Either it's from the same designer, or they consciously based it off the non-cutaway version.
