Not Aussie, but a fellow bujo-er who was SICK of ghosting and bleed through. I upgraded some of my pens (micron pigment found here (https://www.amazon.com/Sakura-Pigma-30062-Micron-Blister/dp/B0008G8G8Y). I have had ZERO ghosting since this switch. Don't know if this helps or not, but I know the feeling and good luck!
I use the Sakura 30062 6-Piece Pigma Micron Ink Pen which has worked well for me.
I came across it through this thread if you wanted more suggestions.
Sakura Pigma Micron pens are excellent https://www.amazon.com/Sakura-Pigma-30062-Micron-Blister/dp/B0008G8G8Y
Those are grades for pencils, not pens. Unless you mean for the outline before laying down the ink on the 3rd picture, which was HB.
The fineliner pens I use are these
Loves dogs: Dog bone earrings 50% of proceeds go to ASPCA
Tiny things: Mini whisk My girlfriend loves tiny things and eggs so this little guy was a great purchase.
Artistic: Drawing pens (microns and uni pin) I draw quite a bit and these are my favorites.
Good luck. Happy holidays.
