Cheapest & easiest option would be to connect them to a cheap DVR and view them with the DVR manufacturer's desktop PC app.

The desktop PC and phone apps can be used to view all cameras at one time.

EDIT: You can also just plug an old or new monitor directly into the DVR and watch it all the time.
