I use a wooden wok spatula in my flat bottom wok because the metal one digs into the seasoning. I have a wok ladle but I almost never use it with the wok, though it is awesome for the crockpot. Sometimes I use a flat bamboo spatula kind of like this:

The flat part is good for the flat part of the wok, and the curved edge works where the flat meets the side.

I have a bamboo brush but I almost never use it. I've found that for the few things that stick, a blue Scotchbrite pad works really well. They are labeled as being for non-stick cookware.
