Looks nice.
I use a seedling heating mat and thermo-controller (Amazon for $35 USD), along with some styrofoam.
I used the styrofoam packing that came with my printer to create a shell around the cover. The heating pad is taped to the inside of the cover, along the side and back walls. The sensor slides under the cover, near the vat and is set to 27C. And that's pretty much it. Works great. It helps to run it an hour before printing.
I got this heating mat awhile back and it works awesome. I just rubber band the probe to the side of one of my jars which seems to do the trick.
