So just to add to this thread my information.

I am mining constantly at 63.33 MH/s with a 60-66 temperature at 113-116watts. This is on Quiet with processor boost mode on disabled so my CPU stays under 60 idle and under 65 on load. This is on windows 11 running 0.5.2.0 Stable NiceHash QuickMiner, on latest Nvidia drivers.

My system is the Lenovo 5 Pro 3070, and I switched out the ram for hyper x impact 32gb Dual Rank. I did not have the worst ram, but it wasn't good and I needed the 32gb for my workflow.

The reason I went for this is because I can use my laptop for work, and still have 45-55MH/s full stability and then walk away and it hits 63.50 with amazing temperatures.

Full Disclosure I have hit 65+ but it crashes every once and a while and is not the best for work environments or even relaxing and watching videos.

These settings even allow you to game, CPU based games and still have over 45MH/S and over 100-200 FPS in game.
