I have always had trouble with earbuds staying in, that I have to use in-ear type earbuds. These linked above will stay in for anyone (100%), I am confident. I was surprised by this thread with $100+ solutions, but I guess airpods meet that price too. $20 for 10 hours playtime (upper end of playtime life) is pretty good. AfterShokz suggested in this thread look fine, but has a solid band to wrap around head, doesn't go in ear (pro or con, how you look at it) and are $100 more expensive.

Honestly surprised at all the high cost recommendations. Unless I'm missing out on some magical sound quality, I don't understand it.
