I concur - fiber hdmi. I’ve used up to 300’ runs. Sure I would have preferred SDI but inherited old gear that had only hdmi out and didn’t want converters at each end. Least moving parts is a mantra.

Fiber hdmi is obviously more fragile than coax, but in a permanent install you should be ok. Just secure the connector ends.
