I haven't personally but I would think the hot/cold cycle of the Rogue being in the elements would make the sticky pad fail at some point. We use those type of hooks that go on the back of the head rests and those work really well; used in a 2019 Rogue. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0892J3744.
