I used Kold Kutter traction screws per another users’s post and they have been great (everywhere except on my flagstone front walk - my WR155 now click-clacks across) - much more traction and fewer ripped patches (though still a few)
Here’s a link for something similar. Check that you’re getting the short ones (3/8 inch) and you’ll need a simple power drill with empty hex bit attachment (the one that attached screwdriver bits magnetically) to turn the hex tops of these.
