I went to look at my Amazon viewed history I think this was the cable the user shared it work with his Pixel. 56KΩ pull-up resistor is mentioned but not USB-IF. Not every listing will specify it's USB-IF certified though it might be shown on the box. Sometimes it's in the QnA. The logos is one way to tell but there's no stopping factories from using them on an uncertified cable. So I would say, for either specs, it's best to check with seller if it's not explicitly stated. Yes 1/1.2m 3/3.3ft is more common but I've purchased a 18cm one before but it was too short to reach my phone mount from the aux port so I had to use the same specs and brand 1m cable but it wouldn't work through the same aux port (cable run behind is too long). In the end I ditched the aux port for direct connection with this 1m cable (possible because mine's aftermarket). The cable is now 4 yrs old and still working.
