I have no idea where the tower is, but I pick it up just fine out here SE of New Market--and we're in amongst the mountains.

The HD antenna we have is a Blimark HDTV Indoor Antenna mounted on the roof (so I guess it works outdoors as well :-), which we bought from Amazon back in 2006. They no longer carry it, which isn't terribly surprising after fourteen years. At least you can see the style and specs.

It picks up all the local OTA broadcasters without a glitch, and manages through nearly all rainstorms as well, when the satellite signal gets cut off.
