You have to be careful with Amazon links because they often have a lot of extra attributes that are unnecessary. For example, the extra bits on the link you used above contains an affiliate referral code among other things. Reddit has built-in spam filters that will remove posts containing these. (As a moderator of this sub I was able to see it though.) You can delete all the stuff in the link after the amazon product ID number, which would look like this: https://www.amazon.com/Frother-Stainless-Handheld-Electric-Portable/dp/B0721MC773
I use a small battery-powered whisk for the matcha and a milk frother for the milk, and then pour the milk into the matcha. Probably you could use the battery-powered whisk for both, if you heat up the milk first. It doesn't always come out separated like this (my latte-art fu is practically nonexistent), but when it does, I can use the end of a spoon to make the curves and the little dots.
Here's a whisk that looks similar to mine: https://www.amazon.com/Frother-Stainless-Handheld-Electric-Portable/dp/B0721MC773
