This Braveheart sword replica on Amazon looks decent & comes with a sheath. Hopefully your in US? Approx. $35 & 41 inches. Pros: it's actually a sword, but likely not sharp. On the short side, so a good starter sword that is wearable. Con: packaging displays content.
There are several choice around this price point. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002HMAHR0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_btf_t1_ny7qFbC0KV82M
Edit: I just saw someone else suggested Amazon. Anyway, now you have a link? :)
