I bought 2 of these to have one always in a car then the other to review at home. Love the size and the memory. They have been very reliable for me.

I would NOT advise using this for the car. Operating temp tolerances are 5-35 degrees Celsius (41-95 Fahrenheit) which the cabin will get over and under in winter and summer months. These are also known to run hot which isnt going to help any in the closed space. A much better option for us is the: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-MUF-256AB-AM-Plus-256GB/dp/B07D7Q41PM/

Operating tolerances are -25C to 85C (-13 to 185 Fahrenheit)

It's also got 2 more years of warranty (5 years)

Edit: clicked the wrong reply box but this is in response to the poster saying the T5 Samsung USB SSD is a good option. Unfortunately it's not. It's the same reason I stopped using the Sandisk ultra fit. The drives heat up quite a bit in the confined space down there and were overheating with the near 100 degree days we've been having around here. Cabin temps can often get well outside of the tolerances of the T5 and ultra fit. I went through multiple drives before I realized that this was likely the reason for my early drive failures (paired with the constant writes).

I had the 32GB for a while and it started complaining recently: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D7SX9NS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

I then got the same drive but 256GB, it's faster as well as larger and it doesn't complain anymore: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D7Q41PM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Thank you for the reply. Do you know if something like this would be good, or could you recommend one?

SAMSUNG 256GB

Also do you know if I can just copy over the current videos onto a new drive and have them show up properly in the blink app?

Thank you again.

I use a samsung fit usb drive and works great. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D7Q41PM/

It's very small so doesnt stick out of the PS4, but that also means its a pain to remove because there's nothing to grip. Using a lanyard greatly helps with removal.

Here's an image of it sitting in my PS4 right now.
I just used the thumbdrive to transfer this screenshot to the PC for upload
