Here's a device that will get you there with your headphones. It also will take a dynamic mic in, but of course your ModMic isn't that. It requires phantom power between 3 volts and 12 volts. You can adapt the connector to XLR and then use this power supply (IN THE 12 VOLT SETTING -- 48 VOLTS WILL FRY YOUR MIC). And then plug it into that AVLifesavers device. I'm basing my understanding of the ModMic's needs on this page.

I want to be clear that I haven't done any of this setup and while I think it's a reasonable guess that it'll work, I can't make any guarantees that it will work, nor can I guarantee that it won't cause damage to your equipment. Use it all at your own risk.

And maybe be less shitty about your comments on this sub's "helpfulness" when crossposting to other subreddits where many of the same people are probably reading and offering their free advice on this free website.
