Well, they're often very similar, but I think the Gatorskins are a bit different.

For example, Gatorskin vs GP4000 or this one, that's even more different.

That said, there are some Gatorskins with different treads and maybe there are some other Continental tires with exactly the same tread pattern as in the picture, but when I see what's in the picture ... I immediately think "Gatorskin".
