I'm looking into how much a good custom would cost, that seems like overall the best option for input lag and quality. I also put together my PC and wouldn't have any trouble piecing one together.

Still considering a Hori RAP4 question: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00JK9LQ78/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?qid=1455978980&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=hori+real+arcade+pro+4 Would this be akin to the RAP4 on the link you posted? It looks identical but there is a black stripe on the bottom. Hard to tell for me but if the Hayabushi or whatever just has a different design and shares the same components i might get this one.

Also how is the input lag on the VX and V3 cuz I saw those somewhere in my price range too.
