So far what you said doesn't seem all that unreasonable. I've been looking for a reliable large format 3d printer under $1000, and so far CR10 S5 still seems like the best option.
The Tronxy X5SA-500 is the same build size, but it seems to be riddled with problems and more issues then the CR10 S5.
The CR10 Max seems like a possible good options, but its slightly smaller at 450mm, but cost $1000. My concern though is I can seem to find any real comparisons between that and the CR10 S5.
I'm trying to stay under a $1000 including any upgrades. So the CR10 Max looks like a good option, if it doesn't need upgrades.
