On that GE RO the tank/faucet lines are 3/8. Looks like the water from the tank goes back through the housing and filter on its way to the faucet. You could install on the tank (yellow tube) side and get a double passthrough the remineralizer or on the faucet (blue tube) for a single pass. If you snip a 6 inch length from either 3/8 line you could use that to move it either way. It's going to depend on how high you want your TDS and pH vs how often you want to be replacing it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005ILIN0A Is there a particular reason you're set on this model? It has an air gap faucet which is definitely more fiddly, requires a larger hole, makes noise, and can back up onto your counter. Otherwise, I'm not familiar with this particular system but the reviews aren't pretty.
