For a kitchen scale, I use the Reflex 15kg kitchen/postal scale
It requires some touch dots, but it pairs immediately with any of the Smart Chef scale apps, like Coffee Timer scale, Baking scale, and their Talking Scale app, which is more accessible but actually less useful than the other apps. I use Timer scale every day to measure out water, beans, and do my pourovers in the morning. All the apps have quirks with VoiceOver, but are very usable once you get the hang of them.
If you need to measure things with tenth and hundredth decimal accuracy, like making espresso or any other fine measurements, grab the Reflex 500g scale
Works with all the same apps mentioned above along with the Espresso Smart Chef app.
For a bathroom scale, we use the EufyLife Smart Scale P2 which measures weight, BMI, muscle/bone mass, and connects to the EufyLife app. It also has some quirks with VoiceOver, but connects seamlessly to the Apple Health app and only takes 10 seconds for a measurement in the morning.
